Very attractive and well made. First day out of the box it got about half a day sun and charged up enough to stay lighted on low overnight for over 8 hours. Now on a cloudy day in 60 to 80 degree temperatures, it charges up enough to stay lighted for 6 hours or more after sundown. On a sunny day it charges for an all night burn on low for 12 to 14 hours.

I purchased this lamp to replace an old gas lamp on a 3 inch diameter post that no longer worked. I have a nostalgic need for a glowing light in my front yard and this light more than fills that need.

This is not a security lignt. Candle power (lumen output) on low cast beams of light 10 to 20 feet. Enough light to show movement in the area. I have not used the light on High Power which reduces the length of burn overnight.

I love this light and would recommend it to a neighbor.

Our efforts looking for an attractive and practical solar light was rewarded with the purchase of this product. It definitely throws off enough light to illuminate the steps and our walkway. We have not had it for long but hope it will last.

This lantern is bigger that I expected it to be and looks great after install. Was easy as pie to put on pole. I would say that it is bright enough in a 15 x 15 foot area but if your expecting it to be as bright as a standard wired lantern, Its not.. Has two setting for intensity but would say its a choice between low and medium not low and high. Has worked perfectly for my needs and I am glad I found this one over the other I looked at on Amazon. Hope it lasts for a long time

Already had a pole so I needed to paint the light white before I installed it. Works great on the low setting, and gives off enough light to be functional. I have no issue recommending this light as a 5 star buy.
