When I saw them I just had to have them for my Slamp Cactus lamp. They are perfect but expensive. When I bought them they were $58. I would wait on the price to go back down if I were you and thinking about purchasing them.

I purchased two and they came with two remotes. When I installed them into the lamp at first I had to use both of the remote controls but then they started syncing so that I only had to use one remote for both bulbs.

I'm not a techy so I don't know anything about this LED technology besides that they are very popular now for their long life spand. All I know is that they appear to be very high quality functioning bulbs.

I am very pleased with product. Meets my expectation. I used the lighting effects to illuminated a tree canopy.However, after a trial of testing the lighting effects , casting the light on a clear surface brings out the best to appreciate the color changing effects.. As I mentioned,battle tested lighting in different tree canopies, but depending on the color pigmentation of tree leave(cottonwood, oak, or mountain laurel) the light intensity is absorbed rather than reflected to achieve the illumination I desired.. I am very satisfied with the product technology as to number and different color-mood change settings. Thanks Amazon and Larson Electronics..
