OK we are uber sci fi geeks and love this thing. Our first one burned out after about a year of constant use (ours is in the laundry room / 2nd bath combo, with no window) but other than that, kewlest nightlight ever! If you are using it in "normal" circumstances (like a kid's room with a window / room with lights on during much of the day) I imagine this would last you at least 2 years. Works very well!

Doesn't really liquify like a real lava lamp but its close and I love the color changes. Why does this review require a must have a certain amount of word per review. If you want a review take one word or 50, but if you are requiring a minimium, you will get nothing

I purchased one of these nightlights about seven years ago in Key West at the Home Depot store there. It didn't have the light sensor to shut it off during daylight hours and has been turned on since I purchased it. Happy to have found it again.

I love this night light. Its like a little night club in my hallway lol it doesn't get hot and cuts off when you have the hall light on and in sunlight which is awesome. Cool night light.

This is a wonderful nitelite for kids, teens, or adults!! I love the color transitions and that it turns off when the room is lighted. It is not bright, so for a hallway where light is needed it is probably too dim, but for a bedroom it is wonderful!
