Very happy with this little light that helps me in many ways! Since it's so light, I use it as a flashlight around the house as well. It's cool that I can plug it into my laptop too, keeping it fully charged at all times. Nice bright light--won't light up a room but great for books and shining at my cats to freak them out!

2.19.12---I had to revisit this review and add another star! This is one of the best buys EVER. This little light is a champ! I use it all the time. I twist its little neck this way and that--you would think that at some point, it would snap in two. Indeed, it may just do so at some point, but given how affordable this thing is, I'd just get another one. It's been dropped numerous times and doesn't get offended.
Forget buying emergency flashlights and batteries.Get a BestDealUSA solar light. It's so small that you can keep it charged right from your computer at all times. I am sure it will run out of juice at some point if not fed properly, but then--you can put it in the sun and rev it up!
When electronic manufacturers get hip to the solar possibilities (and some are starting to), we can all forget all the annoying car chargers and dock stations.i bought this item 3 months back and it is working in perfect condition. it is perfect for reading and gives very good light.
