It is really a shame that no store stocks any kind of repair parts or similar items any more. I needed sockets to repair my wife's dining room china cabinet and these did the trick. You go to any store such as Home Depot, Ace, Lowes, etc and all they have are complete lamp units of various types but no parts. Reason I guess is that our country is now populated by mostly throw-it-away-and-buy-a-new-one morons who have no idea how to fix anything. After two weeks of normal use my light went off and i open the hi-hat to see what was happening and i found this socket to be all burnt out.
