This light looks nice and can be nice for occasional use. I have it hanging over a small print in the bathroom--predominantly blue so the cool tone is fine. I'd hoped to use it as a night light but the batteries don't last so long.

It would be better if the light included a timer. If I forget to turn it off in the morning, the batteries are dead within a couple days. I am a big fan of rechargeables but those last just one evening. I have many LED candles in the house and they last a few weeks on one set of AA rechargeables.

So...I'll just keep the picture light in the bathroom and turn it on when company comes over. Not a total waste but I would not buy this again. :(

This light works well. However the painting I am using it for is a Michelle Carnes VERY bright red-orange-blue-yellow color combination. I had been pointing two 48 LED lights at it directly, a sort of awkward setup they did however bring out the colors, as in blasting them at you, a basic wow experience. This light setup however does not do the painting justice way too dim, in fact so dim it will probably do few paintings justice.
