We have used these on may occasions. The price is exceptional! The fixture is super high quality with a double o ring prevent moisture from entering the fixture. When you first get one you will find it difficult to open, do not fret, this is why they stay sealed from moisture. Grasp firmly and wiggle back and forth, it will open. Also, the fixtures will not handle Fluorescent bulbs! So, you must use a BR30 or R20 incandescent in the respective fixture. The way we got around this is twofold: 1) use the next up fixture: eg: use the PAr30 and install a br30 flo bulb, fits good. Or use the BR30 fixture with a R20 bulb. 2) The new short stem LED's fit perfect! They just happen to be expensive.
