These are simply, but very handy if you plan to attach two or more full (usually 5-meter) strips of RGB LEDs together. If you are doing that on your project, buy theses now. I had to stop in the middle of my project for 2 days to order them separately. Rather pricey, you can get this for under a dollar on ebay, shipped. You can buy a big strip and just snap them apart as needed.
