The description and the picture is a little misleading -the light bulb itself is not blue, only the case is blue.

I have a couple of these little lights where the light bulb is (or is colored) blue. I find that the blue light gives me enough light in dim restaurants to read the menu without being obnoxious to my fellow diners.

I was looking for more and bought these, but the light is just a regular light bulb colored light. The case is blue
