Just bought 8 of these thinking they were 12v. When I got my email order confirmation, the product description said 120-Volt. This sent me scurrying back to Amazon's website while cursing my stupidity for ordering the wrong thing. But to my wondering eyes did appear, three different voltages in the specifications: 10v in the Technical Details, 12v in the Product Features, and 120-Volt in the Product Description. Other online sites show this Sylvania item number as 12v so here's hoping I get the right thing. Product may be fine but the 1-star is for the website apprentice who didn't proof their work.

We had a local firm put in exterior lighting at our house. When they were done they wanted us to sign a maintenance contract for the lights. The price was outrageous to say the least. We have had a couple of the initial lights burn out so I need to get them replaced. Disappointed in product. Three out of four do not work. Shipping box had no protection for lights. Again, very disappointed in service.
