I live in an apartment that had installed lights that only fitted this type. Unfortunately, after they started to go out after a year or more of use the staff could no longer find them locally, so they had to start changing the whole unit altogether. I couldn't wait a week for the maintenance person to come change it so I ordered my own.

Arrived promptly, packaged great and was as stated. However, it didn't match what I needed. Not sure why, as the product number on my burnt out bulb looked like it was identical to what seller offered. The picture looked the same, but the base that goes into the socket was too short. I needed a longer base. Contacted seller and was provided a return number. Haven't sent back yet, so can't comment on any credit.

This new type of fluorescent bulb comes on instantly. Is very white and bright in color. What a nice change from my original bulbs purchased years ago!!!
