I received my lights the other day. as the post office worker handed me the BAG that you shipped them in I could hear what sounded like hundreds of pieces shaking in the bag. due to your lack of proper packaging ( I mean really, is bubble wrap THAT expensive?) The original packaging that the lights came in were busted open and all of the individual lights were in every piece possible with the exception of about 6. I had to sort all the batteries, tops, bottoms, lights and white disks and assemble everything. This took all of 15 minutes of my time and to my surprise all of them worked. Also, the lights I received are a flower shape, you have just plain round ones in your picture. needless to say I am extremely disappointed with you. Not your product, but you as a retailer and your complete lack of professionalism. I will be reporting you to Amazon. Thank goodness the lights actually worked otherwise you would have a whole other problem on your hands. If you wish to continue with your complete disregard for customer satisfaction after you have taken our money then be prepared to be out of business.

The product is great, very bright and easy to use. Unfortunately, SixStarSales, the seller, is completely rude and unprofessional. I requested a simple exchange for a different color light because this blue was just not the right blue. The seller is so incompetent that his return policy doesn't even make sense (he says 'return' instead of 'exchange'). I can understand that he doesn't accept exchanges or returns, but he could have just said that. Instead he went off on me with very uncalled for emails as if I did something to wrong him. SixStarSales is a very difficult company to do business with. Don't waste your time. There are other companies that don't have a problem helping you out when you're not happy with the product that you purchased.
