I bought this light because it was described as "warm white" an another site. Found it here for a little bit more money but I have Amazon Prime so I get free shipping.
Anyway, I had purchased a couple of LED bulbs from Amazon that gave off a much more blue light which I didn't like all that much. So, I purchased this "double pancake" light. I was about to remove the old fixture to put this one on and I noticed that the LED bulbs in this pancake use the same connectors as the existing light in my RV. So, I simply pulled out the bulbs and inserted them into the existing pancake fixture. They went in just fine and I like the warm light output MUCH better than those other LED bulbs I had tried previously. The light coloring is basically like the regular bulbs but use like 1/10 the electricity.
So, now I have an extra double pancake fixture. I wish I could just purchase the internal LED bulbs to save some money instead of buying the whole fixture. If Diamond Group happens to read this review, contact me if you are willing to sell me just the LED replacement bulbs without the entire fixture.The light is very bright, however, it is smaller than the one that came with the motor home. So now I get to fill in a hole in the ceiling.
