This is an awesome & fun yard decoration. It's small so it goes well about any-where,
as long as it gets approx 8 hr of sunlight a day, which will run the light in the night up to 8 hr.
I was gifted my first Hummingbird over a year ago, I didn't put it away during the Winter and
it's been continually outside and it looks as nice, and works as well as it did from day one.
And just now had to change the battery.
The Hummingbird is a solid grass green during the day, and automatically comes on at dusk,
then continually changes colors from red to green to blue.
Those colors blending with the green of the bird gives a multicolored appearance similar to a real Hummingbird.
The bird is 3 1/4" from beak to tail-tip, and 3 3/4" in total height.
From ground level to the tip of the birds wing is just over 29' tall.
As inexpensive as these solar characters are, I've found them irresistible.
There are other characters available ~ a Dragonfly and a Butterfly that I know of.
