I have had the 'Litebox' for 10 years using it for roadside emergencies and camping. When the halogen bulb went out, I starting looking for a replacement and found the E-Flood-Spot. The only issue about this flashlight is that the batteries case (or other rechargeable batteries if you choose) are MUCH smaller in diameter than the tube for the battery. So until you put on the cap the batter slides around inside the tube and you can't help but wonder if it will still make connection to work. The handle tube should have had some kind of guides to hold the battery holder or the 3rd party rechargeable battery.

pro: adjustable zoom, multiple light settings like strobe, sos, and brightness. its not too heavy but not to light, perfect for my camping pack.con: i don't believe it to be water proof, but im unwilling to test it out for fear of messing it up, changing between light settings dosnt feel vary responsive since you have to depress the button about half way and you can only change to the next setting in the series (so it goes from the brightest to the darkest, then bright and strobe, then sos), and now that ive used it a couple times im starting to notice that the light flickers a little if you bump it, and its gone completely off for no reason on more than one occasion.
other thoughts: its still a great flashlight for the price, and im happy with my purchase

This flashlight is just super! I use the wide angle beam when I go jogging. I use Trustfire rechargeable lithium-ion batteries. I couldn't be happier. I've had it for quite a while now.I must advise that the first one I received only worked for 500 milliseconds before it burned out. Amazon made returning this product very easy. Of course, I then received a working flashlight. No big problem, as far as I am concerned. I'm so happy with this device!
In addition, I must advise that it comes all the way from China as opposed to a warehouse somewhere in the US, so it takes a while to arrive. I got along without it just fine for a couple of weeks until it arrived.

I bought a total of 8 of these for my deck. They all work very well. I had to change the batteries after a year in each one, I replaced them with rechargeable energizers. After 2 years the copper color is starting to fade, but they still work. Even with eight, it is not a lot of light, but enough to walk by... a nice Ambience at night.Solar Bob

Described as containing 5 LEDs, but there is only one. I never expect solar lights to be very bright, but the opaque side panels further dim the light and give a yellow glow. They do fit nicely on a 4x4 post, so I thought I would keep them initially. Then it rained and the lights filled with water. If they are attached to the post with screws, as they are designed to be, you cannot pour out the water. Mounted the post lamps and they worked great and looked really good. Then it rained and the problems began. They filled up with water in no time and then of course they stopped working. I took them apart to dry them out and removed corrosion from battery contacts. When I reassebled them I made sure that the drain holes where cleared and sealed the light with silocone at the assemble points. A few days later it rained again and they got water in them and stopped working. You would think that they would be more weather resistant but they are not. Highly reccommend you think long and hard before buying these. Purchase and shipping went very well with no problems from seller.

Just a few months after initial joy, we have a major disappointment.
We have contacted Malibu (Brinkmann) support several times using their website, email, and phone without any follow up to address our issues. We have sent in receipts, twice by fax, three times over email.
Our family, and neighbors, enjoyed the lights when they worked properly, but several burned out quickly. We purchased three dozen lights, including bollards, spots, and floods. We want to spend another ~$1,000 to light up our backyard fountain, trees, flowerbeds, walkways and patio, but are concerned with the quality of the lights and more importantly the quality of the response.
Perhaps this is an isolated experience. Given the number of times we contacted support, it does not seem to be the case. We are leaving this feedback for each of the lights we have purchased. Amazon is our "go-to" place for new purchases, in part because of the frankness we find in reviews.
I eventually create my own home-made LED based replacement lamps (color changing it's a nerd thing) that looked nice & drew less power; however the lower light output defeated much of the 'safety & security' benefits originally hoped for.
Recent after market 'Warm White' LEDs that fit both wedge bulb sockets and the pin-sockets have become available (and are sold right here on Amazon). Based on the longevity of my home-made LED lights (9 years and 2 failures from the 85 home-made units I still have a few spares!).
I will be replacing about 20 old bollard units with these new LED ones they are well designed and very bright. Frankly, the cost of repainting the old bollards after 10 years of use and adding after market White LEDs would be no cheaper than just replacing them.
When you calculate the cost of ownership never mind the electricity savings or the smaller transformer you will need the cost of buying the 'cheaper' Non-LED bollard and then replacing the bulb twice exceeds the cost of this LED based unit.
The power savings, full brightness at the end of long runs and not digging around the garden replacing bulbs all the time are just icing.
My home-made color changing LEDs are still working, and will be moving into little 'clumps' of color-changing-mushrooms. These LED bollards and a few other new White LED fixtures will restore the light level in the garden and walkways that the wife wants back.
Do yourself a favor these units are really less expensive in the long run; they are the way to go.
As a side note: The metal and glass pieces of my current 10 year old units are still in good shape and the 50 'mushroom' lights are getting painted a brown that matches the house better before getting 'clumped' together. Both the Metal/glass bollards and mushrooms have held up well, but 10 hard winters and 10 summer of sprinklers have been hard on the paint. If I were not moving to Manufacturer-made LEDs light sources, I would just be repainting the old Bollards too.
Buyer beware.

I have 80 low voltage garden lights in our front and back yard (Bollards and 'mushroom' styles) that I installed about 10 years ago. At first I used the the halogen bulbs that came with these fixtures (LED versions did not yet exist). I nearly maxed out my 600 watt transformer. The halogen bulbs have a very high failure rate, and I was forever changing them. Just had installed our backyard landscaping and had landscaper install our lighting. We went all Malibu LED which included 5 spot lights, 4 wall wash lights, and 5 bollards. Had landscaper use the bollards to light up two locations where the pavers came to an end and also in our raised planter. So far I am extremely impressed for the amount of money I invested in the lighting package. Most landscapers quoted me over $1500 for the commercial grade products but figured I'd still be ahead if I had to replace every single unit 3x. The light output of the bollards is perfect, not too bright, but provides enough light to light up the ground where walkways turn or edges exist. Didn't want to use spot lights in the raised planter because they'd blind people when walking by so also used the bollards and it creates a perfect accent on the flowers and pigmy palm inside. The light color matches the spots perfectly and the I really like the simple style of these much more than the traditional stacked path light. in the LED version, the light is placed a few inches up the shaft of the bollard -this is an improvement as replacement LED MR11s used in the old (halogen) design would rust out at the pins.

These lights are different from any other solar light that I've seen during all of my research in finding solar lights to build my "solar light garden." I live in an apartment building on the second floor, with a deck outside the living room. Since I don't have a yard, I decided to create a "garden" with solar lilies, tulips, pansies, cattails, globes, butterflies, dragonflies, and solar fiber optic sprays (which sway in the breeze). Almost every single "stalk" has a bare space of about 6" to 7" between the top of the solar cell and the bottom of the "flower" or globe or butterfly/dragonflies. This grass can be manipulated in the degree of spread and covers that bare space perfectly. I think anybody using garden solar lights would be delighted with the addition of this "grass." (In addition, the shipping service/speed was about as quick -actually, quicker -as anybody could reasonably expect.) It is my understanding this company has just begun using Amazon Marketplace. They possess quality of product and quality of service, so do not, I repeat, do not, let their relatively short period of working through Amazon be a deterrent. They are seemingly a company concerned with customer service, and that is increasingly hard to find in today's modern world.

So these look awesome, just like the picture listed. They don't stay on as long as my other solar lights, but with one solar panel for all three grasses, that would make sense. They still stay on about 7 hours at night. ( no biggie though, I am in bed then :) ) These are so fun, I am glad I bought. Totally makes my garden look cool, love them! Can't wait to see what other solar light art comes out!

This is a good little light to mount over the area where my coffee maker is so I don't have to turn on the big light but the double sided tape doesn't seem to hold well. It's isn't mounted directly over the coffee maker so I don't think it's the moist heat coming up from the maker. Gonna try some 3m super duper tape I have & maybe problem will be resolved!

Easy to install. These are not your typical under counter lights.....these are top drawer....yes they are expensive but you get what you pay for. These are great lights. They are very well designed.
If you have never installed under cabs and you are a DIY you probably can work it out if you are handy, but it might be worth it to get a light that has a little more room to make up the wires in.
Has a little hum as well, might go away with time. Customer was happy, but I probably won't use again.

Ordered several different Juno LED lights in various sizes and finishes (black and brushed bronze)for our kitchen that was just recently remodeled. We are very pleased with the quality of construction and finishes (the brushed bronze is actually quite striking) and, most importantly, with the quality and output of the light from these fixtures. The light is noticeably different (in a good way) from the cheaper LED models that we looked at at the big box stores. (I thought LED is LED is LED, but it is not necesasrily so. Compare the Juno's as well as the Kichler's against the other low grade brands that are out there and tell me you can't see a big difference.) The light is not hard on the eyes and the LED's light the work area in such a way that everything is crisp and sharp details seem to just "pop". You pay more (alot more) for the Juno's but as far as we are concerned, they are worth every penny for the build quality and quality of light. They've been installed for about a month now and we have no complaints. I called Juno and they said that this is a discontinued product. Since these are LEDs you need to replace the whole fixture if any part of it fails. As I am connecting the fixtures together, this would mean that I would be forced to replace ALL of the undercounter lighting in my kitchen if I could not find a replacement unit for the one that failed. If you want to stick with the Juno LEDs go with the UPLED model (replacement for the UPL). UPLED is also dimmable, which the UPL is not. Packing them up and sending back to Amazon today. Maybe I've just had a bad run, but I have sent back about 50% of what I have ordered from Amazon in the past few months due to poor quality, missing parts or misinformation about the product on the product information page. If you are an electrician think 5-10 years ago and that is the space they give you to make up the light. I purchased this brand and part number (almost) at Lowe's and tried it out and was impressed. I found them much cheaper here online and bought several more, only to find the even though the brand and part numbers are the same except for the last digit, they are not the same fixture that Lowe's sells and do not perform nearly the same. I've been installing under cabinet lighting for over 20 years and find LED to be the best & brightest. I replaced some small flourescent fixtures with these because the light is brighter and more pleasing to the eyes. The flourescent light fixtures got very hot and I was affraid they would affect the finish on my new custom made furniture. I recommend them to all my customers.

We are back online looking to purchase another light from Streamlight because everyone loves this light. We like the option to choose between a green light, 2 LED's and 1 xenon ? light. Works in all different situations. This is NOT a super bright light that someone else was wanting, but I don't think they make one strong enough for him, lol. Streamlight does make some that have more LED's and are stronger, but there are times you want the other white light or a green light. The unit stays on our heads, even my 3 yr olds. It has not broke and has been abused by a 3 yr old. Tilts easily. I used it last night to get the animals that were outside, inside into their cages. I have a handheld coleman light, that is suppose to be used for emergancies and everyday, but it was not near as good as this headlamp!! That one is "Coleman LED MicroPacker Lantern" with 2 LED's and a reflector. It is 1/2 the price and I am back online to buy better lightening options, such as the Streamlights!

Took it out for a intertidal pool low tide exploration with several others this light out performed the other lights hands down. Still burning bright after 2 hrs of constant use others were barely glowing. Green light great for making my way over the rocks avoiding the little critters once we found something interesting easy to go to the brighter white light or switch to hand held light. I've used this lamp a few times now and so far it's been a great headlamp. I really like the green light for temporary use when walking in twilight. Having the top strap really helps stabilize the lamp. I read some of the other reviews, so I was a little skeptical. For $25 what the hell right?... Works great. Fits comfortable enough, batteries included (3 AAA). One button function. Even has a chin strap option if you are kooky enough to use it. Only used it a couple of times, but so far so good.
