Company went out of their way to address issue I had that aparently Amazon may have contributed to. Contacted and thoroughly addressed through multiple E mails and then correcting original issue. Product works very well, nice to deal with a Company that cares.The batteries were not included in this package, even though the product description says they are. That was my primary reason to buy.
