However, the description on the website fits, so I think it is just an incorrect picture. Nevertheless, I was pleased with the "#NL5" I received. The wall plug is on a commutator that allows you to rotate the light at a 360 degree angle parallel to the wall and the diffractor casing also rotates 360 degrees and one side is opaque, so that you can direct the light. The 3 LEDs are quite bright, so I found it helps to have the opaque side facing the front, making it a little easier on the eyes. However, if you need more light, you can angle the translucent side towards the ground while the opaque side shields the harsh light from your eyes at night.
Note that as is the case with all LED lights, they lose about 1/3 of their initial brightness after about a month of use, after which the output stays roughly constant for the remaining 50-100,000 hours of their life. Having the adjustable beam angle makes it easy to make adjustments after the initial brightness fades.
This light has a photocell which turns the light on and off and will even dim the light depending on the ambient light. However, I find Feit's dimmers a little insensitive. As is the case with the Theatre-style #NL6, these lights tend to remain lit when there is ample ambient light, but at least they are always on when you need them. The downside is that the lights may use more electric & burn out sooner than anticipated because they're often on when you don't need them.
Because of those minor quirks, I can only give this light 4 stars but I certainly recommend it. Since I have switched to all CFL lighting in my house, these little night lights have helped by replacing the need to switch on the CFL in the middle of the night for less than a minute at a time. That will probably add months and years of life to my CFL bulbs, as CFL are sensitive to being used for less than 10 minutes at a time.

Same as the first review above. They came on time, but was different than what the picture was advertised. I love these lights anyways. They are very, very brite and I like how it is adjustable. I have them in the bathroom shared by my toddlers who wake up in the middle of the night to go number 1. It stays off most of the day since the bathroom has skylights and a good size window. I difinitely recommend this product.Best Deals for Feit Electric NL5/LED Rotating Night Light with Sensor
After a week or so the light became approximately 30% dimmer and stabilized. Still the three LEDs provided enough light for the area, and the sensor works perfect. My wishes: I went to our local Walmart. They had quite a few LED night lights available, and cheaper as well. Sure they are not as stylish as the ones made by Feit. But with the money we spend on the light, I wish to be able to have more choices on the color of the light. Currently most LED bulbs, including the Feit ones, only emit this rather harsh bluish light. Personally I prefer a warmer color, a bit closer to a traditional night light.

My parakeet was getting mighty ticked off about my middle-of-the-night meanderings to the microwave, not far from where he sleeps. I can't stop my clanking sounds; but now I no longer need to turn on the light. This is just right, in it's close proximity to said microwave.Let's hope this holds up. otherwise a white little bird will be contacting Feit Electric.
I'm back, one week later. If I could change it, two stars, three at best. The brightness was so drastically reduced that I'm now looking for another solution to my middle-of-the-night jaunts to the microwave. Meanwhile, I suppose half (or less) is better than nothing. Check me next week; I'm disappointed enough now.
Oh-oh. That bird is on the phone to Feit right now.
