I purchased two of these. One for the office and the other for the dining room. I was very favorably impressed by the packaging. Construction is solid and the bulb looks good. Light is a very nice warm white. It works well with the light dimmer. It is hard to believe how much light this 12 w bulb generates.

I ordered four of these bulbs and just finished installing them. Here's what I found:

The Good:

In my opinion, this is a great substitute for a 60 watt incandescent bulb in terms of color and brightness.

The Not So Good:

I found that when used on a dimmer, they buzz. Three out of the four bulbs had this problem. I planned to use a couple of these bulbs in the bedroom nightstands, but the buzz was far too noticeable. I also noted that it takes about half a second to turn on once the power is applied, which is something that doesn't bother me personally, but thought that it should be mentioned here.

For what it's worth, I have also purchased several (6) Philips dimmable LED bulbs in the past and found all of those to be buzz free when dimmed. The Philips bulbs look a bit strange with the yellow 'bulb' (when unlit), but they work very well, and have a nice warm color when lit. After buying these Tuwago bulbs, I plan to buy Philips LED bulbs in the future, even though they are a bit more expensive.

...but costs much less to operate. I replaced the highest-use lights in my house with these and have noticed a drop in our electric bill. Also pleased that I likely will never have to replace a bulb in those fixtures again. Dimming is almost as good as an incandescent. They look like normal incandescent light bulbs when installed in my fixtures.

I replaced some 13and 14-watt CFLs with these bulbs and compared them side-by-side. These 12-watt LED bulbs were just as bright (maybe a bit brighter) and the color temperature was actually an improvement as well. You can't go wrong with these bulbs, especially considering their long-life, relatively low price and absence of toxic mercury content within a fragile glass tube.

These are everything I expect from a light bulb and more. They seem even brighter than my 65w incandescents, don't hum when they're on (dimmed or on full) where the incandescents make noise, take way less power, and the dimming is full-range and beautiful even down to extremely low levels. I'm probably going to buy some more.
