Biggest disappointment: These are not "equal to a 100 Watt halogen bulb." At 720 lumens, they have less than half the output of most 100-watt halogen bulbs.
Most impressive: The housings seem to be of very high quality. Cast aluminum, stainless steel (mostly -See Note 1), tempered glass.
These are NOT plug-in units. The 2-foot cords are meant to be hard-wired to an electrical box (see Note 2).
Summary: These outdoor lights are an amazing deal if they fit your very specific needs. Be sure they meet your needs.
PROs:
* Industrial quality housings made from mostly rustproof materials (see Note 1)
* Nice price (at $20)
Very waterproof (IP65 See Note 3)
Compact
Look and feel like quality
50,000 hour average life (claimed)
OKs:
* It's NOT a plug-in unit (see Note 2)
LED module is not replaceable. You replace the whole fixture after 50,000 hours.
They get warm after 15 or 20 minutes, but not hot. (Uncomfortable to hold for longer than 10 seconds.)
The 11-watt claim is accurate. After warm-up, it goes to about 10.5 watts.
3 year warranty (see Note 4)
CONs:
* 720 lumen output is equivalent to 55 watt Halogen, not 100 watt as stated.
* Light is cold, and CRI of 70 is less natural than LED lights with 80+ CRI (see Note 5).
* Clear glass...No diffuser. Facing the light fixture from anywhere within it's 135 degree focus is very unpleasant. It's fine if you can mount it in a way that avoids this.
Clear glass...No diffuser. It casts sharp, well defined shadows. It's a stark look, unless there are no objects to create shadows...lighting up the side of a building, for example.
Alternatives -
Consider the WARM (3000k) version of this light. It's 10% less efficient, but the light is much more pleasant.
I found no ideal alternatives from other companies. There are some LED reflector bulbs with over 1000 lumens that are rated for "damp locations."
Feit Electric Conserv-Energy Dimmable BR40 LED 17 Watt Flood Light Bulb
EcoSmart 24-Watt Bright White LED Flood Light Bulb (1300 lumen, $38 at Home Depot)

The manufacturer gave me this product for review. I believe my review is impartial.
Notes -
Note 1: Rust issues Most of the parts are rust-proof, but the lock washers and U-bracket are magnetic...those will probably rust over time if used outdoors.
Note 2: Not Plug-in The fixture comes with about 23" of waterproof rubber cable attached. The 3 wire ends are soldered, for easy attachment to a power source inside your electrical box. A small 3x2 terminal block is included...much better than using wire nuts. If using indoors, you could probably attach a 3-prong replacement plug directly to the wire. I used a 1.2" deep plastic electrical box to attach a cord & plug. That was fairly quick and easy.
Note 3: Waterproof IP65 This is a NEMA classification that means it can handle "water jets" of a certain strength.
Note 4: 3-year warranty is stated on Amazon but not stated on the box or any enclosures. Details at company's web site do not include shipping locations or who pays.
Note 5: Color Rendering Index tells you how faithfully and evenly the bulb illuminates all different colors. Incandescent bulbs tend to have a CRI close to 100, the best possible score. According to a Wikipedia article, most fluorescent bulbs have a CRI between 50 and 90.

This light is a great little light for landscape and outdoor spotlight purposes, especially if you want to highlight a tree or illuminate an American Flag that you fly at night (you do know you need to light those up, right?). The light is extremely bright and feels like a quality production. The housing is solid and seems waterproof (time will tell), is quite compact, and has a nice mounting bar for placing it in a secure location.
The only issue is that the description on Amazon is not quite complete. First, 720 lumens is not 100W equivalent, so you won't really get the equivalent of a 100W spotlight. Second, the description does not make clear that this does not come with a power plug. It comes with a power pigtail and a plastic wire-box so you can tie it into a power line. So the device must be installed, and the cord itself is fairly short.
I'm not a big fan of the daylight white I prefer "warm white" LED lights, but the daylight light has its place. I really do like having a light fixture with the LED permanently installed instead of putting an LED bulb into a conventional fixture. This is the future of lighting, and it is a really good form factor.
Conclusion? 4 stars this is not exactly what the description says you are getting, but is a strong solution for outdoor spot lighting.

Best Deals for Lighting Ever® 11w Super Bright Outdoor LED Flood Light
There are a lot of things that I do like about this Lighting Ever 11W super Bright Outdoor LED Flood light and one of them is the fact that once these are installed, they last for a long time. The typical flood lights that I've had, don't last near the purported 50,000 hours these do. Many of the LED bulbs do have long lifespans provided they are not damaged. One unexpected problem I ran into is that these are not plug-ins, but rather have to be installed. This one and one other Lighting Ever are now installed on a neighbor's barn.
The housing is good and solid, and they have weathered a few storms. The LEDs are certainly more efficient and pocketbook-friendly, but they do not emit the light that we're accustomed to from an incandescent bulb. They are much brighter and more focused, but don't throw light in a wider pattern. These are nice in that they can be adjusted to throw light in a higher or lower position, depending on what you may need.
However, these do not replace a standard 100W bulb, but rather a 50W bulb. Keep that in mind when considering purchasing. The simple formula is to divide the lumens by the number of watts. In this case we have 720 lumens and the wattage is 11. In essence we are looking at a 65 watt bulb.. These Lighting Ever flood lights are holding up well, but I definitely needed two of them instead of just the one.
