These bulbs are great overall. According to my Kill-A-Watt they take about 13-13.5 watts of power. As for Luminescence, they put out sightly less light than a 100 watt incandescent, so that puts them around 1500-1600 lumens.I knocked off a star for the color temperature, I would put it between 4,000K to 5,000K. (Seems like everyone is less than honest about the temperature of their bulbs, it's not like this seller is the only one to do it.) However, I bought these to use in my unheated garage where color temperature is not as important. If you do not care about color temperature, then these are 5 star bulbs. The cold and heat quickly kill any CFL, not to mention that when the DO work in the cold CFLs take over 5 minutes to warm up, these are a great way to reduce the amount of power I use to light my garage. Unlike a CFL, they are instant on to full brightness when I turn them on. Coldest I have used them has been about 20F. I went from 400 watts with incandescent bulbs to less than 60 with LED bulbs.
A problem I found is that, depending on how high your rafters/light sockets are in your garage, these bulbs may not clear the garage door when it is open. I put two of these bulbs in the back of the garage and I used two Onite E27 E26 60W equivalent bulb, sold on Amazon, in the two light sockets near the front with the garage door as they are shorter and clear the door. I then used a clamp light with a third one of these bulbs to further illuminate the front of the garage, it is plugged into one of the light sockets so it turns on and off with the rest.
I will be giving several of these bubs away for Christmas for relatives to use in enclosed outdoor fixtures where CFLs are not an option.
