It is OK, the plastic is very light weight, I need to anchor the base down. I wanted a fountain that used solar to have water shoot up like a little fountain, I guess I didn't totally understand the description. The top of pole just lights up. Again, its OK, the light is nice, its just not what I thought I ordered. The quality is fine, it assembled easy.

Rating choose same as other item I purchased from this seller.Arrived fast without damages,no missing parts,easy to set-up.And like other item only do not like -yellow light.My bad,did not check lights color,but this is not seller mistake -that's why give 5 stars.I just wish the light is cool blue.Overall I like it.Thank you. I'm adding this after few weeks.Light has good battery,holding power all night long.I bought two similar units,placed in same place next to each other with the same conditions(sunlight direct to both).This one keep charges,but second item(not same model) did not.So,if you want light for longer time buy this one.
