I got these to have around for power outages. I have found myself using them constantly however. They are perfect for working on computers. I have always struggled with a headlamp or a balancing act with a flashlight before when I am either building a computer or doing cords in the back. The angle is adjustable and the light is brighter than I thought it would be. When pointed at the ceiling for reflection, one can adequately light a small room if the power is out. The build on it is pretty cheap and flimsy so I wouldn't want to use in in the garage too much but for everyday use for little tasks around the house I am quite happy with this item.

When my brother's gooseneck desk lamp quit I bought these to "tide him over" until another "real"lamp that he liked could be found.Worked great-my sister took one to keep on hand in case of a power outage.GREAT PURCHASE!

two cute, very neat, well serving lamps without hanging cords. no need for an extra outlet. pretty bright for such a small appliance.

Good lights to have around, would not use as my primary lighting . Good to have on hand for emergencies
