I bought this tree to place in my large front window..it's so great! You can see it from the street and it's just happy and christmasy. The plug is a transformer so it can accommodate the different "light shows" it offers. I personally like the whacky all over blinking show..but others like it still and quiet. Either way, this tree is fun and worth the money. I have no issues other than I wish I had two! Happy Holidays!
