Output: Very bright flashlight. I also bought the intsun XML focusing light and prefer it to this one. This is rated at 1600 lumens the intsun at 1000 but they are almost exactly the same brightness. I feel like the itsun was made with better tolerances, build quality, and attention to detail. I prefer the itsun to this light. I also have a lumintop flashlight that is much more expensive and it is rated at around 900 lumens. It is way brighter than these lights. I would guess these to be more in the 500 lumen range
Cons: I dislike the 5 modes. The sos and strobe are useless. I dislike the lack of memory, you have to cycle through each mode. I wish it always restarted on high. But it restarts on the next mode in the cycle.
Summary: That being said, for the price this flashlight is very impressive. Way way better than something you might buy in the store. Less expensive too. Very fast shipping was nice. This light is a nice size to carry in you pocket. A little large but still easy to carry.
