I recently installed 3 to give them a trial.
If they last (and I don't know why they wouldn't since they're LEDs), they're an awesome solution for recessed lights for r20, r30 size.
They're more powerful than I expected and fairly comparable to a 60-watt R30 can light. The units are small and don't fill the can. I think that's an advantage because you don't get any side-light out of the can, but some people might not like the look of the half-empty can.
The the light is white, cool, which is what we want over our kitchen counters.
They draw 6 watts so @ 15 cents a kilowatt-hour, 6 hours of use per day, the electricity savings is $18 a year. But really the savings is more because incandescents generate heat, which adds to your a/c costs in the summer.
If you have a business with can lighting running 14 hours a day, LEDS like this (and the GU10 LED spots this is based on) should be a no brainer.

I installed 1 to try, color was too much like a florescent bulb not what I expected from a warm white LED, it was priced OK in my range and it was solid. This was one of the LED bulbs I tested before finding the one I liked. My selection factors were:
1) Price $8 to $12
2) Brightness
3) Solidness
Some other LED lights I tested in that price range simply did not give me enough brightness, this one was fair brightness level but was more like cold white not warm.
