This was a beautiful item and I was very excited to receive it. I ordered two in order to make a vase feature in front of a frosted window in my house. I wanted to be able to see the light glowing through from the outside street. The petals are made of fabric and not plastic which I was very happy with. It was very easy to mold into the design I wanted. The cords are a bit long and clumsy but once you light it up all is forgiven. It was such a nice warm glow and I loved looking at it every night when I got home. Well every night for a month!
After about a month I noticed that one of the branches had burnt out. Then another and another. Within two months all of the branches had burnt out. There is no way to replace the bulbs (as far as I can tell) and it is past Amazons return time line. I was planning on trying to contact the company to complain. Since it happened to both sets at the same time I can only assume it's a design flaw with the product. I have a set of Christmas lights (on a back patio) that I paid 3.99 for and they are still going strong after almost a year of being on continuously. I would expect the same longevity from an item I paid 6 times that amount for.
On the bright side the flowers themselves are very pretty even when not lit so I might just cut off the wires and keep the flowers in the vase. That in my book however, is a BIG FAIL!

I was missing the glow of our Christmas tree, so I went searching for a year round alternative. I've never been a fan of artificial arrangements, but these lights are an exception, and incredibly pretty when lit. It's about 16" from the bottom of each stem (3) to the 1st lantern light, so it's best to get a tall enough holder for them. Mine are currently in a bronze colored floor vase on a remote outlet. I did purchase two since one set appeared scant on its own. The branches are somewhat flexible so you can adjust the way you want too. I'm not sure what the life of the bulbs are, but they do give a beautiful glow to the room at night. I'm glad I found them. :)

These have been perfect in a vase on the top of a bookshelf in a treatment room for a nice soft amber glow. I have had many many comments in just two weeks of placing them there. I should have bought a bunch and sold them, people like them so much! I like that they are not battery operated=1 reason I bought these vs others.

I'm ordering my second one but need to come in here to leave a positive review. I was a bit hesitated upon ordering this since I was never a big fan of orange light. But was I wrong. It's so beautiful and gives the room this warm, cozy feeling while looking quite expensive. I'm very pleased with the purchase and actually buying one more to add the warmth and volume. Highly recommend this to anyone who wants a bit light in the evening without much extra decoration.
