This 30 W LED light is incredible. It gives off a nice white light and unlike the other brands it comes wired with a plug. I used 4 in my car trailer and it puts no stress on the generator unlike the 4 prior 500W halogen lights that were there. They give off the same light too. I bought more for my house.

This largely met my expectations as a portable auxiliary light for workshop and garage; it casts a bright wide 'cone' of diffused light out to 15-20 feet. It has a cord with plug on it, but no switch? Maybe I should have paid more attention to the description or maybe another model has a switch, but I expect most lights with a finished plug would have a switch, and those with unfinished tails I would expect to get hardwired. Its a debatable 4 or 5 star point, just be sure you know what you are getting. Using the switch on a power strip is an easy work-around, so I'm otherwise happy with it after the first week.

ORDERED 2 OF THESE UNITS..BOTH DID THE JOB WE REQUIRED. ONE TO LIGHT UP A OLD RESTORED WESTERN WAGON IN THE FRONT YARD...THE OTHER TO LIGHT UP OUR 100 YEAR OLD COUNTRY CHURCH UP IN THE HILLS OF KENTUCKY. ONE IS STILL GOING...THE OTHER REFUSED TO LIGHT LAST WEEK.

FOR ALL THE BRAGGING ABOUT THE LIFE OF LED FIXTURES..DONT BELIEVE IT AS THE LIGHTING ASSEMBLIES JUST DONT LAST. DISAPPOINTED IN KENTUCKY.

WILL HAVE TO BUY A DIFFERENT BRAND..IF POSSIBLE AND TRY AGAIN THE LIFE OF A LED IS RATED AT 12..15 YEARS..THIS PRODUCT IS LIGHT YEARS AWAY. SELLER SHOULD ALLOW AT LEAST 1 YEAR FOR EXCHANGE..THIS ONE DOSENT...BEWARE.
