So far, after two months of use, this seems to be an excellent lamp. It is well made, assembles easily, is very sturdy and looks great. We use this as a reading lamp, and the adjustment in lighting strength makes it easy to select the correct brightness. The base is heavy enough that we don't worry about it moving around when positioning the head. The head maintains its angle when the arm is adjusted another well thought out feature. But many lamps can do all these things. It's the very modern, very pleasing design that is what sets this lamp apart. We got the orange color, and we love it. So happy to see something that is designed for both function and beauty!

This is a nice lamp but I thought it would have a little more movement on the light. It doesn't rotate enough. I wanted a lamp to put next to the sofa that I could read with and then turn towards the ceiling when not reading and have some ambient light. It is good for reading but doesn't turn up for ambient lighting. If that is not important to you it's a good light.
