These Lite Kiwi units are very handy and flexible.
THIS company is reasonable to deal with they quickly ok'd a return and replaced
a faulty dimmer without hassle.
I installed an LED light bar using the push button light switch on my microwave to power it on and off.
The lower panel of most micros unscrew and there is just barely room to put in the transformer.
Best to remove yr microwave to do this; otherwise you will get a very sore neck from working
upside down over the stove and you will give up long before you get it done.
But if the wiring is too long and you are tempted to cut and splice it -DONT LET IT SHORT OUT
The power unit which steps 120 AC down to 24V DC WILL BE RUINED INSTANTLY. There are no fuses or other protections.
So don't be hasty fool like me disconnect it from the wall before screwing a mini-clip to hold the wires !
