We ordered two of these and they sat in the boxes for more than several weeks until they were installed by the electrician. With one of them the reading light didn't work and just had a constant clicking sound. Expecting to run into problems with the return because it had been so long, I called Amazon and I talked with Diana C. She ordered a replacement that we received within a week, and we received the paid shipping label by email to return the malfunctioning unit! The new one works great and they are beautiful!
