I bought 10 of these for the overhead lighting in my boat. They work fine but are too long for the 5" dome lights I have the bulb winds up all the way over to one side of the fixture. It still works with G4 bulbs but casts the light at an angle. They won't work with LED panel bulbs because those are even longer and would hit the lens ring. These would be fine if the white G4 socket were recessed to the bottom of the BA15 socket.

This product filled the need of converting over from incandesent bulbs to Xenon. Well made although the contacts on the base could be a bit more rounded.
