On the touchlight: in the description of the item there was no information about batteries. I assumed it needed them anyway. On the packaging it says 4 AAA batteries needed. Once I was able to figure out how to open the back (a tiny screw must be removed before you can open the back) I discovered that the light really needed 4 AA batteries. Fine, I had what was actually needed. This item, made in China, is very disappointing. I would not recommend it to a friend or foe. I feel certain there are other more substantial choices available. This is flimsy and feels as though it has a limited lifetime.
Also, it says in the description and on the packaging that it has self adhesive backing to attach anywhere....no, no it doesn't. Unless you put your own piece of sticky velcro on it, it will not stick to anything.

Wish I'd read the reviews before I bought these; I'll be sending them back for a refund. As another person noted, there is a tiny Phillips screw holding down the battery compartment cover. Contrary to the description and packaging, there is NO ADHESIVE patch.
