Bought these bulbs after checking out the price at my local Lowe's. What a great price compared to singles @ almost $6 and 3packs for $12. this 6 pack seemed a great deal. I use these bulbs on a 4 bulb fixture over my Kitchen island. Needing to only replace 1 bulb at this time it was easy to see the difference between these bulbs and the one's that came with the fixture. These bulbs are mounted in an opaque glass surround that picks up the light emitted from the sides for the bulb and then the glow helps to light the kitchen ceiling. These new bulbs emit almost no light from their sides and the loss of light to the ceiling is very noticeable.

2 of the 6 bulbs were defective. Not sure how to handle, but it's annoying that I can't easily return everything (since I need the working bulbs) but didn't get a legitimate product

Otherwise, the product was fine and accurate according to description

Some of the bulbs actually only lasted a few days. Would not buy again. There seemed to be something wrong with them.

got them to replace my halogen lamps but they are slightly dimmer. so far they work fine. good price though.

Perfect to buy in multiples! I had bought these before and only bought two. Then when I needed more, I couldn't find them. These are a good quality that last a long time. Recommend the pack of 6!
