I received the fan within the promised time window, it was left on the front door. Packaging and delivery was perfect.

The product is well designed, and produced. All the components were cleanly produced, packaged and labeled. I especially like the ease with which I was able to put it together, especially considering the 18 foot ceiling of the room where I wanted to install it. All the smaller components were wrapped for the area of application and labeled very clearly, and some of the smaller screws were already put in their place, so just had to unscrew/re-screw them.

I had ordered a 6ft down-rod, which was recommended for this height of the ceiling. This helped in breaking the room height into two parts and makes it a little less overwhelming.

The lights on the top and below the blades are very elegant(needless to say very efficient with the LED light sources). Dealer descriptions about the amount of energy used is not in line with manufacturer's specs. The manufacturer's spec mentions only 25 watts total for top(10 watts total) and the down(15 watts total) lights. Lights can be dimmed with the remote.

My only concern is the remote operations, as at this height of the fan(about 11 feet from the floor) the line of sight angle does not align well from everywhere in the room. If the remote was working perfectly, I would have given it a 5 star rating.

A little over priced. The LEDs shining up are a little too straight up for good ambiance. There is a certain position where it stops where it does not have enough torque to start without a push from a broom. The down LEDs could be brighter. Quality is quite average for its premium price. It is quiet, and throws a fair amount of air. The 6 speeds is not a big deal...

Great beautiful fan, the best one I have ever bought. It is a big fan and I recommend you check the dimensions carefully. It is perfect for a house with higher than average ceilings. There is a 6 speed fan control and it has 2 ways of displaying the light from the center, one beaming to the ceiling for ambiance, and the other from the bottom center, but you can also turn both light setting on at the same time.

in a nutshell: It's quiet it's beautiful and has speed and light options.
