Bulb's arrived well protected (wrapped in foam within their box), and work perfectly. 20 watts is plenty of light for my deck lamp and my reading lamp, and these 20 watt bulbs produce much less heat than the 35 watt bulbs they replaced.

I have a couple of desk lamps that have halogen bulbs. I have had these lamps for many years without the bulbs burning out. One of the bulbs got flaky on me one day, yet still works so I decided to go and find replacements. This is one of the bulbs and was easy to change and now I am hoping for many more use of use. As with all halogen bulbs make sure you do not touch the bulbs with your bare fingers. I used a Glad sandwich bag. For each of the bulbs I replaced, a good amount of force was required to shove them in place.

So happy to find a G6.35 in 20 watts here on Amazon. I needed it for a Lowe's wall wash light that comes with a 50 watt. Of course Lowe's didn't carry a 20. Thanks Amazon!
