We've purchased many boxes of these bulbs, and have seen a very high failure rate. It seems they come in two styles (though both are labeled 60W PAR16 Flood).
The style pictured here, with a crimped bezel holding the diffuser lens on are consistently failing; the lens spontaneuously falls off, crashing glass onto the floor (they are ceiling mounted). We've just recently thrown out a whole box of 15 of these bulbs we won't use them anymore.
There is another style, with a screw-on bezel that do not have this failure mode. You can tell from the product picture which kind you are ordering. If it just has horizontal rings going around the edge that's the good kind. If you see dimpled crimp marks around the metal ring then don't by them.

CFA Trading INC provided fast delivery and a well package product. the problem is the bulbs themselves. Out of 5 bulbs ordered, one didn't work and one came apart as it was screwed in the socket. Needless to say, Sylvania has questionable products.

As another purchaser had noted, the bulbs manufactured by Sylvania are of inconsistent quality. I had purchased 10 Sylvania Halogen Flood Par 16 60W capsylite bulbs. Two of those 10 bulbs did not work, brand new for sure, not broken, but did not work. The bulbs that did work, lasted a long time and were very bright with a clear white light as a hologen should be. With a 20% failure rate not sure if I will reorder this brand again.
