The lamppost looks even better than it did on-line. We are so impressed with the bronze finish and the sturdiness of the base. The lamp gives lots of light and charm to the courtyard.

We lost all our outdoor lighting during hurricane Sandy, one of which was an electric post lantern. Rather than have an electrician run new wiring, we replaced all of the lights with Gamasonic solar lanterns.

This is beautiful, classy and was simple to install (we bolted it to an existing cement base). As with all solar lights, I wish it were a little brighter, but for solar, it is pretty good as a decorative lantern. Alone, it will not light up your yard, but in combination with other soar lighting, it works well.
