This is a nice product.

Quality:

Sturdy and non-obtrusive they blend in well in the garden. I'm actually buying two more sets, since they're on sale.

Lights:

They are small blue lights as described. They give a very pretty, serene glow which is lovely all year long. They MUST be placed in a very sunny location.

Price:

I didn't give them 5 stars because although I love them they're expensive. (Try to get a sale!)

**IMPORTANT NOTE**

In case you don't read instructions (LIKE ME LOL) there is a small on/off button on the BACKSIDE of the "solar panel" TO TURN THE LIGHTS ON. At first, I thought they didn't work! Good thing I looked :)

These are cute lights, but very, very tiny. From the picture, I was expecting somewhat larger bulbs. The lighted portion of these lights MIGHT be 1/4". Might be...

They also do not stay lit as long as most solar lights I have purchased in the past. I live in TX, so you know they have plenty of opportunity to charge during the day, but I don't think they've stayed illuminated more than a couple of hours.

But they are cute, very delicate looking lights.

I bought the lights to use in our smoking area here in Afganistan. The only dissapointment was the amount of time the solar charge lasted. One set seemed to last for several hours, while the other only lasted about an hour. You'll need to make sure that you face the solar panel into the area that gets the most AFTERNOON sunlight to ensure you get the maximum charge for night time use.

The lead (length of wire from solar panel to first light) is adequate to run the device out a window and still use the lights inside. The wire is very thin, so it doesn't crimp in the door jam or windo seal. Be very careful if you're using a staple gun to hang the lights!

I had previously purchased a strand of 50 LED solar lights from a store and was very pleased with them. I wanted another strand and when I could not find them in the store this year, I purchased these on line. Even though the price was comparable, I could not believe the difference in the quality. These lights were much smaller and the wire was not as sturdy. I could only place them on the front of the smallest bush I had in my garden and the lights were so small you could hardly see them. In addition, they would only stay lit for a brief time even though the solar panel was in direct sunlight all day. It wouldn't have been worth my time or money to send them back so I just considered them a lesson learned. As soon as I take down my Christmas decorations, these lights are going in the trash.
