The bulb was the right bulb to replace the original bulb that came with my new ceiling fan, however, it was not even 1/4 as bright as the original bulb and it lasted less than 1 month before it blew out.

I ordered 4 of these bulbs for my ceiling fans. They are quite dim definitely not 100 watts, not even close. Moreover, the light pattern was very uneven. I contacted the seller (Plusbrite) who agreed to refund my money.
UPDATE: I received a full refund for the bulbs and shipping costs, so the seller (PlusBrite ) did come through and behave responsibly.

i bought 4 for less than 12 dollars, which is very good compared to 9 dollar a piece at lowes. the only thing is they have a picture of the wrong light bulb after you ordered, so that make you wonder if you had ordered the wrong bulb, until you received it and they are the right ones. can not beat the price .

High price but works like you would expect a bulb to work. Thought I was buying a hard to find product but then saw it at Home Depot after I ordered it and at a lower overall price because no shipping cost of course.
