I saw many of those "head light". All of them are using modern battery-saving LEDs.
Most of them come with 5-10 LEDs. Okay. This one just has one bright, zoomable LED
The headlight also just needs AAA batteries instead of 2 x CR2032 button battery.
Those CR2032 button batteries can't be recharged. But AAA batteries can be recharged.
So it was a "must have" that my new headlight which I would use very often has that.

I didn't expect this to be as bright as it is. I have another headlamp that costs waaaay more but doesn't offer the ability to zoom in or out. Only problem I had is the battery door catch is flimsy and broke as I tried to open it to pit batteries in, easily fixed with glue but not looking forward to replacing them. For the price there's nothing that comes close. Its super bright and easy to use.

A really great little light for close up work, either at the computer or working on your car, or walking the dogs. The battery compartment in a snap to get into, and the light stays on your ballcap very well. And to top that off the light is zoomable. Very very pleased with this purchase

Although presented as for joggers (and it works well to light up night areas while keeping hands free), I bought it because am constantly frustrated when needing to work in a dark area on some household task. Found that a cap with a short bill worked better than a baseball cap with a longer bill (kept the device out of my line of sight). So far, so good. Quality appears better than I expected.
