I called Inspired LED because for my installation, the connecting cables were longer than necessary and the weight of them caused some of the LED bars to come unstuck. Jim at Inspired LED said, "It doesn't sound like these are perfect. What can I do to make this perfect for you?" After some discussion, I decided that one long bar would be better than 3 strung together. He told me to send them back and he would fashion LED bars to my specifications. I have not gotten them back, yet, but expect them any day. They light up the counter beautifully and my wife and I can't wait to have them back again.
If you have a custom job, call Inspired LED first and I am sure you will end up with something you like.
Update: The new LED strips are great. And because one was a bit longer than the original ones I ordered, he included a larger power supply along with it. I am VERY happy with these lights under my cabinets.

Purchased these for under cabinet lighting in kitchen remodel. Light quality is good, super slim design easy to hide.
Hope the lights will be durable as they are unshielded.
