Bought this neon sign for our backyard barbecue in Brooklyn NY. It worked out great. It was exactly what we wanted.The size was just right and the LED light was bright and colorful. The sign drew attention to the bar area and also created a festive atmosphere.

Some of the lights did not work. I had bought this for a birthday gift and it does not work. Was very disappointed.

I returned the item. When it arrived, it looked like it had already been opened and was scratched on the surface. Furthermore, it was so cheap and chincy that I couldn't give it as a gift which was it's intended purpose. No way on earth was it worth the price. I was very disappointed in the quality of the item.

I was hesitant to order this because of some of the other reviews but I did anyway thinking I had a 50/50 shot on getting one that worked without problems. I was on the wrong 50 because mine didn't work but I thought I could probably figure it out. Broken solder on the supply cord is the problem. It works now and Looks great since I fixed it but I shouldn't have had to fix it.
