We bought this fan along with three others after moving in a new house. Although the box appeared completely fine on delivery our electrician discovered two broken/damaged parts during the installation. I contacted manufacturer customer service to get replacement parts so we could complete the job. They were completely useless--the phone rep was unfamiliar with the technical specs and they had no parts list either. They stopped returning our calls after it became clear that getting us new parts was beyond their ability. Ultimately Amazon corrected the situation but I cannot recommend any fan made by this company due to the customer service.
With only three blades this fan does not put out quite as much of a breeze as the others we bought. The light bulbs are chandelier-style so this is not a good choice if you need a lot of light. The fan resembles a propeller so it does look nice in our little boy's room.

I purchased this to replace my old long fan/light in my room, I finished installing it a day after it arrived. Setup was a breeze, the speed and brightness are pretty good for a single bedroom, I'd recommend this as a nice piece to your home and ceiling, you cannot go wrong with this style and design.My setup required a medallion because the hole was a too big, it's a bit tricky to get the heavy encasing on the bracket piece it comes with but if you loosen the screws evenly that go into the ceiling fan box you can push it up to get it aligned, it takes a while so patience is required, make sure you use lock washers too.
It looks beautiful and the fan controls are great.
