Received the lights and put them together and installed along path. In less than two months they quit. I checked the GFCI receptacle and it was fine. And they wouldn't work in another outlet either. I'm very disappointed in these lights. Definitely wouldn't buy again.

These Brinkman lights were just what I was looking for. They're bright, and I love having the two spotlights -it's different than the usual 10 light series. I've aimed the 2 floodlights into the tree out front so it isn't so dark. They aren't bright like a regular floodlight but I do see the light none-the-less. They come on faithfully w/o a timer cause they react to the pending darkness. I'm quite satisfied.

These lights are awesome! Granted, they've only been up one week, so I cannot speak to the durability, but the construction and brightness are great. They have a classic look which fits with practically any landscape, so you don't have to try to hide them. The LED, while very different from my old incandescent sets (still in) is a much better light; white and clean. I do like the yellowish cast of the others, thought, for some of the more wooded, natural areas.

The connectors are super simple: small plugs which screw on to prevent them from coming apart, and to keep moisture from getting in. The Malibu sets we own have these awkward connectors which you have to snap onto the main cable. Now, while it's convenient since you can place the lights exactly where you want them, removing them is virtually impossible. Brinkmann has provided enough cabling on each light to space them as you like (excess cable is now under the mulch).

The awesome thing for me was the light sensor. I'm one of those people that appreciate simplicity, especially when it come to watering and lighting our property. This sensor is attached to the main plug with a long cable, allowing you the option to place it where it's best suited to your lighting needs. For us this is great, considering most outlets are close to our house or under trees, where shadows hit sooner than elsewhere.

I really hope these lights guys last, and I hope the LEDs live up to their professed lifespan. Just in case, I gave them the five stars now. I can always update later!

This item so far has been a good investment and am enjoying them around my deck they add a lot of enjoyment to sitting outside after dusk.

way better than solar lights, the spots work awesome and the carrigae lights are okay, better than solar / batteries . Inexpensive plastic made, but for the price it cant be beat. The light sensor works great. would buy again. Dissapointed that Brinkman discontinued the kit that just had the spot lights.
