I think they were worth the money, the light was MUCH more into the white-blue spectrum than I had expected. I bought them too see if they had a use for my business. It is best described as the color of a daylight fluorescent light bulb. I dropped a star because the power regulator is exposed. If you have seen the color of solar landscape lights... this is what effect you'll get from these. If that is what you want, you will be very happy. The light intensity (not color) is probably equal to a 5 to 7 watt halogen bulb. Hope this helps.

Bought these for landscaping application specifically to replace in landscape "mushrooms." Just not enough lumens for the application. Also, the light was very white. I've tried the tower led bulbs and they work much better and were indistinguishable from the halogens. The tower bulbs are, of course, more expensive. So unless you have a very low light application for these, you will likely need a more expensive bulb with more leds.

I bought this on a chance it would work in a small over the counter light in a motor home vanity. The pin spacing was wider and it had it be bent to fit. The light is acceptable and I'm satisfied with it.

Installed these above a covered outdoor walk and stairway. They are plenty bright to navigate safely, buy not so bright as to overwhelm. The only criticism is from my wife who would have preferred a warmer color. They are rather blue/white.

Just bought and fitted 2each to try in my new RV, I tried other larger ones from Amazon but they were too big to fit into the holders and get the lens cap back on. These ones are a great price but might be a little dim for some of the puck light areas.. I will test them over the next few months to see how they work out, the pins are a little wider than G4 but with a little squeeze they fit. Hence only 4 stars, might work out to be five.
