I dont have any light fixtures that had a problem with the size of the A21, but if you do, and you want the quality 75-watt equivalent light, or if you just want to save 3-4 bucks, this could be the bulb for you. No noise when dimming, good color, good light spread, good buy.

I have viewed many LED bulbs, and didn't like the light emitted from most. A lot of them put out a blue cast. NOT THIS ONE! It looks just like the light from an incandescent bulb. I am very pleased.

The light color is good. It seems solidly made. One thing I didn't know is that this bulb is not recommended for totally enclosed fixtures (I'm not sure why, I don't imagine there'd be a heat issue with LED bulbs). My biggest qualm is that there is a bit of buzzing or humming to these bulbs. I don't know if this is a symptom of all LED bulbs or not. It has to be very quite to hear it, but it's there.

Great for spots where the lighting fixture fully covers the bulb as it does look unusual. That being said, I have about 8 of these in my home and they have been working reliably and without any issue for a couple of years now. Excellent choice. Some of the other Philips bulbs have not fared as well the ones that look a bit more like conventional bulbs.
