Good product from a good manufacturer. This timer is a maximum 30 minute countdown, however, which was not clear in the description. Lutron also makes a 60 minute countdown timer. I would have prefered the 60 minute timer.

I've now replaced two Leviton LTB 60 's which were used for bathroom fan control. Both were replaced due to very annoying buzzing which developed and increased in duration over the last three years. Perhaps they have since fixed.

The Lutron was easy to install as only requires two leads and ground, versus three plus ground for the Leviton. Like feature that you can set in continuous on in addition to timed. Looks a bit nicer to my tastes than Leviton. Leviton had feature of easily choosing timing as each was its own switch, versus rocker up/down for Lutron, but buzzing is unbearable.

I have these installed in my bathrooms to promote fan use while keeping energy usage to a minimum. The timer setting allow for a broad range of flexibility. The set and forget mentality means you don't have to question whether you left the fan on.

This is the third type of product from Lutron I have purchased. I have been very satisfied with the quality/fit/finsh as well as the performance. I also have the astronomical timer, and 8 light dimmers (to 600W) and now this timer. When friends or family come to visit, usually, we're busy, someone will get done showering or otherwise "nuking" the bathroom, accidentally leave the fan on (to clear the room), and we'll all leave the house, and it will run all day this prevents that and has a great interface to do so. I bought several of them they are now controlling every bathroom fan in the house.

Hi, I got this 30 minute switch along with a 60 minute by accident, because they are not as clear as possible in the description of this one. It works just great, but it has one and 5 minute settings, along with every 5 minutes up to 30, which is kind of silly when you think about it. And it won't just stay on, whereas the 60 minute one will, and has a setting for 5, 10, 15, 30, 45, 60 or to stay on, which makes lots more sense to me, so I'm changing out my 30 for the Lutron MA-T51-IV Maestro Countdown Timer, the 60 minute version. Also, it pays to check out all the colors they come in! Remember, this is a great product, my 3-star rating is based on 30-minute vs. 60 minute usability only, to me.
