This was one of three 30W I purchased for our new vinyl patio cover to light up the pool at night. Same basic construction as the other two I bought on ebay except this one has a very short (about a foot) cord. It would not be too terrible of a job to add your own longer cord if needed by partially disassembling unit and splicing on the new cord inside the unit. These are well constructed units with the latest LED technology.

I got this light to illuminate my American flag at night since I fly it 24/7 to honor of those who have risked and or given their lives for our freedoms. Now as to what the light does. At 30 watts, it lights up the front of our home like day. It works so well, I will soon purchase another one for my RV to illuminate behind the Unit while backing.
