It's perfect. And really really pretty. I'd say educational because a child could actually put it together. I'd also say I think it would definitely be calming for adults and children. And about the durability, it's too soon to know.
Reading all the problems other's had with this, I am assuming this company sends out a lot of lemons. In which case, be sure you buy from a 4 star seller.
(It actually does look like the jelly fish all lit up in aquariums).

It very soothing to watch. Gan kids love it too! Sometimes though, jellyfish get their tentacles stuck in the little holes where the air comes out. But other than that I love it.Best Deals for Amazing Magic Jelly Fish Desktop Aquarium w/ Led Lights
my daughter was very jazzed. it came really fast and the bestg price out there for sure. will maybe buy another for other daughters room
