Finally a reasonable priced 12 volt bulb that works as promised. Puts out a nice bright light, using very little energy. The bulb is of nicely machined anodized aluminum with a screw on diffusing plastic cap. If you unscrew the cap you can see the 3 LEDs inside. It is rather heavy and feels like a high quality product. So far it performs like one as well. I bought 10 Warm White and 10 High Power White bulbs, both are great product.

Shipped from China, amazingly fast via USPS. Highly recommended!

These are absolutely great! I was pleasantly surprised at the light output (not bad for 3 watts), the color (warm indeed), the apparent quality (they feel well-made and even look cool), and the way light is evenly spread, specially for ceiling lighting. And, of course, the very reasonable price. LED lighting is definitely crossing the line towards mass consumption...

These are standard form light bulbs, with the standard screw cap (so-called E27), which will fit many lamps and sockets. In that respect,

I also liked the smaller than expected size, which makes them even better suited for many applications.

BUT BE AWARE THEY ARE 12 VOLTS! Install them in a standard 110 volt system and they're FRIED! However, that is precisely what sets them apart from other LED light bulbs: they're a godsend for owners of alternate energy setups. I installed these in an off-the-grid cabin powered by solar energy, and now I can't wait to phase out all the rather rare, expensive, and not so ecologic CFL 12-volts bulbs (Phocus and Steca) that I have purchased over the years.

I only wish that there were 2 and even 1 watt versions. And I'd like to know if they're dimmable or not.

I installed them (I bought 2) only a week ago, so there remains the aspect of longevity, but I expect no problems there. I hope to report back in the future, but if I don't, please assume no news is good news.

I also bought a couple of 5-volts white bulbs (E27 5w 12v High-power White Light Bulb), for which I'll copy and modify this review.

I wanted a 12 volt bulb for my off-the-grid cabin. Screwed this one in at the cabin and it didn't work. Took it home and put it in a 110 volt socket. Voila! Light! Nice bulb, but not what I wanted. The supplier says they will send another (25 days transit time). Apparently they have the identical-looking bulb in both voltages and got them mixed up.

I bought several of these 12 volt warm white and several bright white bulbs in preparation for modifying my driveway lights for 12 V instead of 110. The bright white lights were too harsh for my taste. I tried some gel filters to soften the color, but no go. These bulbs produce a distinctly warmer light than the bright white LED bulbs. It is still a whiter light than that of 15 watt incandescents, but totally acceptable. I have only been using them for a few months, but everything is fine so far. They do appear to be surprisingly well made given the price.

I'm completely satisfied with this product thus far.

The order arrived ahead of schedule. I needed 20, but purchased 25 in anticipation of some bulbs arriving DOA. All the bulbs worked right out of the box.

This bulb gives off plenty of light in an underground 8' x 8' room. It run equally well off a battery or directly from a small solar panel.
